The Tsunami Gauge is a tool designed to detect real-time changes in sea level, which is important in tsunami early detection systems.
With this tool, monitoring teams can receive fast and accurate information to issue early warnings, giving people in tsunami-prone areas more time to evacuate and save themselves.
For the Lampung Tsunami (TL), one unit of the early detection system (SDD) will be installed as a pilot project of a total of 100 Tsunami Gauges throughout Indonesia.
This tool does not require special training as data can be accessed directly from BMKG, with sensors and CCTV operating 24 hours. Official tsunami simulations have been conducted several times with BNPB, BPBD and related parties, making TL the standard model for Banten BNPB.

PLN UID Banten Resmikan SPKLU Baru di Lebak
PT PLN (Persero) UID Banten meresmikan Stasiun Pengisian Kendaraan Listrik Umum (SPKLU) di Gerbang Tol Rangkasbitung arah Serang–Panimbang untuk mendukung ekosistem kendaraan listrik dan promosi teknologi ramah lingkungan di Kabupaten Lebak. Asda 2 Lebak, Ajis Suhendi, mengapresiasi peran PLN dalam meningkatkan aksesibilitas kendaraan listrik. General Manager PLN UID Banten, Andy Acha, menyebut SPKLU ini menambah total 62 lokasi di Banten, terintegrasi dengan aplikasi PLN Mobile, sehingga memudahkan pengguna kendaraan listrik. Kehadiran SPKLU ini diharapkan memudahkan perjalanan selama Natal 2024 dan Tahun Baru 2025 sekaligus mendukung target Net Zero Emission 2060.
