1. Investment in the holding company
   Banten West Java Tourism Development Corporation will consider proposals from major resort developers/investors who can demonstrate relevant expertise and a proven track record.
   
   
2. Acquisition of development sites.
   Specialist developers are being sought for the planned resort components with participation emphasis on:
   • Marina and waterfront development
   • Golf courses with adjacent fairway homes
   • Theme Park
   • Hotels
   • Vacation villas and cottages
   • Retirement and life-style community developments
   • Time share and club operations
   
   
3. Participation in existing or new joint venture developments
   • BWJ have formed a joint venture with a listed Australian property developer Axiom Properties Limited of Perth, WA. Tanjung Lesung Leisure Industry is developing a significant part of the total phase I for the resort on 140 hectares of premium location land to include marina frontage, a first golf course and high quality residential estates.
   • Formation of new joint ventures with BWJ or other interested parties.
   
   
4. Agribusiness
   BWJ will consider proposals from investors with experience in this sector. There are opportunities for cultivation of a wide variety of agricultural produce on land within the boundaries of Tanjung Lesung or nearby areas. Land for agribusiness purposes may be leased but not purchased.
   
   
5. Operations.
   BWJ will be pleased to receive enquiries from experienced operators in such fields as marine sports, eco-tourism, club and hotel management etc.
